This course will provide primary and secondary school teachers with ideas, free training material and resources to help them bring coding and computational thinking into the classroom with already made lessons plans. Besides, teachers will learn what is Code Week and how to participate in this initiative, that during 2019 engaged 4.2 million people in Europe and beyond.
At the end of the MOOC, participants will have to organise an activity with their students or colleagues and register it in the Code Week map. After reporting the activity, participants will also get a certificate validated by the European Commission for their participation and engagement in the initiative.

Based on the experience of webinars offered, the first crash course online was launched in June. To create solutions Euneos trainers combine thematic learning with new ideas of distance learning methods. The first group of teachers from different countries have completed the program during the summer.
Online courses:
Coaching strategies starts for the second time now. It has enough participants and is confirmed. New registrants are mostly welcome.
Integrated curriculum online course will also start in September.

Local: Ask your school for local funds for your personal professional development.
Erasmus+ grant holders: NAs have been advised to enable funding from grant. Please consult your own National agency for more.
Personal funding is also accepted.

Are you interested in gaining international accreditation for your experience and expertise in integrating technology in teaching and learning? The Certified Member of the Association for Learning Technology (CMALT) provides peer reviewed recognition aligned with the UK higher education professional standards framework. The Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher education at the University of Melbourne are hosting a cMOOC (connectivist Massive Open Online Course) to support academics and allied staff develop portfolios for CMALT accreditation, and facilitate an experience of participating in a global network of higher education professionals.
The 2020 CMALT cMOOC starts 14th September and will run for 7 weeks. The cMOOC is completely free and is aimed at participants sharing experiences as they explore developing CMALT eportfolios, and building their professional academic online profiles.
The 2020 iteration of the #CMALTcMOOC launches with an introductory webinar on 14 September 9:30am AEST (Australia time), 14 September 11:30am (NZ time) and 13 September 10:30pm (UK time). Join us over 7 weeks as we explore the elements of a CMALT ePortfolio within an international support network.
