La leadership condivisa dovrebbe concentrarsi sulla collaborazione e sulle interazioni, non solo sulle azioni. Lo scopo delle interazioni è quello di rivelare, sostenere e incoraggiare la leadership per tutti i membri all’interno della scuola. Ci sono modi per aiutare gli insegnanti a sviluppare le loro competenze e capacità di collaborazione: ad esempio, gruppi di lavoro temporanei, gruppi tematici o gruppi di progetto. L’attenzione dovrebbe essere focalizzata sul lavoro interdipendente, cioè su una collaborazione ben preparata, organizzata, focalizzata ed efficace, in modo che tutti possano collaborare in modo efficace.

EU Code Week Deep Dive MOOC 2020 – Corso online gratuito di Coding e Pensiero Computazionale per docenti (dalla Scuola Primaria alla Secondaria di II grado) 16.09.2020 – 14.10.2020 Chiusura delle attività 30.10.2020

This course will provide primary and secondary school teachers with ideas, free training material and resources to help them bring coding and computational thinking into the classroom with already made lessons plans. Besides, teachers will learn what is Code Week and how to participate in this initiative, that during 2019 engaged 4.2 million people in Europe and beyond.
At the end of the MOOC, participants will have to organise an activity with their students or colleagues and register it in the Code Week map. After reporting the activity, participants will also get a certificate validated by the European Commission for their participation and engagement in the initiative.

Based on the experience of webinars offered, the first crash course online was launched in June. To create solutions Euneos trainers combine thematic learning with new ideas of distance learning methods. The first group of teachers from different countries have completed the program during the summer.
Online courses:
Coaching strategies starts for the second time now. It has enough participants and is confirmed. New registrants are mostly welcome.
Integrated curriculum online course will also start in September.
