Speakers: Massimo Belardinelli, School Principal at the 1st School district “San Filippo” in Città di Castello, Italy; Cidália Marques, Deputy Headmaster at Agrupamento de Escolas Fernando Casimiro Pereira da Silva, in Rio Maior, Portugal.
This webinar focuses on how schools can innovate the learning spaces to accelerate teaching innovation processes with practical examples. Participants are encouraged to go beyond the classrooms and think about the school building as a whole to feel good and learn better. During the webinar practical examples and solutions are presented so that effective classroom designs can be achieved even with limited resources.
Speakers

Massimo Belardinelli is an experienced technology and ICT teacher with a specific training in management of school systems. Since 2007, he is School Principal at the 1st School district “San Filippo” in Città di Castello (Umbria, Italy), which is a case study for learning environments and technology innovation. Massimo has joined regional and national expert groups in education and research, and he is collaborating with INDIREin three research areas: Learning Spaces, Vanguard of Education (Avanguardie Educative), and Small Schools. He currently coordinates a European Erasmus+ project on Learning spaces for school inclusion involving six European countries (AYDS Project).

Cidália Marques is senior coordination in ICT in teaching and deputy headmaster at Agrupamento de Escolas Fernando Casimiro Pereira da Silva, in Rio Maior, Portugal. A coding and robotics teacher since 2010, Cidália currently acts as coordinator for ActiveLab, a project based on Future Classroom Labs.
